The Gusa Card is a payment card directly connected to the AzamPesa wallet. It enables you to perform all transactions and services offered by AzamPesa.

To get a Gusa Card, you need to be registered with AzamPesa and visit an authorized AzamPesa agent handling Gusa card registrations to purchase one. 

Benefits of Using the Gusa Card

  • Buy tickets for football matches played in Tanzania (NBC, CAF)

  • Perform all AzamPesa transactions through a Gusa agent, such as: sending money from AzamPesa to AzamPesa, buying airtime, purchasing LUKU, and paying all bills

PLEASE NOTE

  • One Gusa card costs TZS 2,000

  • One card cannot be used to buy more than one ticket

  • Each AzamPesa number is eligible for one card only

How to Buy a Ticket Using the Gusa Card – No Queues, Easy and Anywhere

  • Open the AzamPesa App

  • Tap on Buy Ticket

  • Tap on New Ticket

  • Select Football Match Tickets

  • Choose the match name

  • Select the ticket type

  • Then choose GUSA as the card type

  • Enter your card number

  • Proceed to complete the payment

Lost Gusa Card Recovery
Customers should contact customer service for assistance and will be able to purchase a new card once the first card is deactivated.
Duration of Use for Gusa Card

The Gusa Card has no expiry, you can use it until it is either damaged or lost.

No, you cannot make online payments at this time using the Gusa card.
